Our approach

The unglamorous things deserve better.

Most homes are furnished carefully and fitted out carelessly. The sofa gets months of deliberation; the shower head gets whatever was already screwed to the wall.

We think that's backwards. The things you use every single morning shape the day more than the things you look at. So we start there — and we only ship a product once it's genuinely better than what it replaces.

Questions, answered

How long will my order take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on your location. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

Will it fit my shower?

Our shower products use the standard universal thread found on virtually all fixtures in the US, UK, EU and AU. Installation takes about two minutes by hand — no tools, no plumber, no fittings to buy. It's fully reversible, so renters are covered.

What if I don't like it?

Use it for 30 days. If it hasn't earned its place, contact us and we'll arrange a return and refund you in full. We'd rather you kept the money than a product you don't reach for.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any applicable duties are shown before you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.
