The 30-day home trial
You can't judge a shower head in a shop. You judge it on a Tuesday morning when you're late and half awake.
So take 30 days from the day your order arrives. Use it properly — install it, live with it, form a real opinion. If it hasn't earned its place, we'll take it back and refund you in full.
Used items are welcome. That's the entire point of a trial. We only ask that it comes back with its parts and packaging.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and a sentence on what didn't work. The sentence genuinely helps — it's how we decide what to change.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address within one business day.
- Send it back. Keep your proof of postage until the refund lands.
There's no restocking fee and no form to fill in.
Refunds
We process refunds within 2 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method.
Your bank then takes a further 3–10 days to post it. That part is out of our hands, and it's usually the slowest step.
We'll email you the moment the refund is issued on our side.
Return shipping
Return postage is covered by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered — in those cases we cover it entirely.
Damaged or faulty items
Send us a photo. We'll replace it, and you won't be asked to return the damaged item first.
If a fault appears later in normal use, contact us anyway. Our published returns window is 30 days, but we don't hide behind it when something has genuinely failed — see our warranty for cover beyond this period.
Exchanges
Want a different item instead of a refund? Say so when you contact us and we'll arrange it directly, adjusting for any price difference either way.
What we can't accept
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without their parts or packaging
- Items with damage clearly caused by misuse rather than a fault
