Ordering & delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days depending on where you are. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and any applicable duties are shown before you pay — no surprise charges when it arrives.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders over $75. Below that, the exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
My tracking hasn't updated. Should I worry?
Tracking often sits quiet for a few days in transit, particularly on international legs. If there's no movement for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it.
Fit & installation
Will it fit my shower?
Our shower products use the standard universal thread found on virtually all fixtures in the US, UK, EU and Australia. If your current shower head unscrews by hand, ours will screw on.
Do I need a plumber?
For screw-on heads and handhelds, no — installation takes about two minutes by hand, with no tools or fittings to buy. Our concealed wall-mounted systems are plumbed into the wall cavity and should be fitted by a qualified plumber.
I'm renting. Is that a problem?
Not for our screw-on products. Nothing is drilled or permanently altered, and swapping your original fixture back takes about 30 seconds. Keep the old one in a drawer.
My water pressure is low. Will it still work?
Usually it improves things — the micro-nozzles accelerate the flow, so the spray hits harder even when supply pressure is weak.
Returns
What if I don't like it?
Use it for 30 days. If it hasn't earned its place, contact us and we'll arrange a return and refund you in full.
Can I return something I've used?
Yes — that's the entire point of a home trial. We only ask that it comes back with its parts and packaging.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 2 business days of the return arriving. Your bank then takes a further 3–10 days to post it, which is out of our hands.
Something arrived damaged.
Send us a photo and we'll replace it. You won't be asked to return a broken item first.
Products & care
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft cloth. For mineral buildup on the nozzles, rub them with your thumb under running water — the silicone tips are designed to release deposits. Avoid abrasives and bleach-based cleaners on any finish.
Does the filter need replacing?
Our shower heads use an internal sediment screen that catches rust and grit from older pipework. Rinse it out every few months. It is not a chlorine or water-softening filter.
Payment & account
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is fine.
